Return Policy

 

We have a 30 day return policy on most items.  If the package has not been opened, a full refund can be given if returned within 30 days after receipt of the product.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.  There are no refunds on special or custom ordered items. Please contact us prior to returning an item.

 

If the package has been opened, and you would like to return the item, all accessories must accompany the item along with the orginal packaging.  Up to a 15% restock fee may apply, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.  We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number (and insurance depending on the item) so your order can be tracked. 

 

In the rare case that your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within the first 24-48 hours of receiving the item.  If the box appears extremely damaged when it is being delivered, simply refuse the item and notify us so that we can take care of the issue.  If your item does arrive damaged, we usually ask for you to send an image of the damage, there are times where we can just issue a replacement based on the image.
